Frequently asked questions
Do I need to create an account?
No. After publishing you get a private edit link (and we can email it to you). Keep it safe — anyone with that link can edit the invite.
How do my guests open the invite?
They tap the link you share — on WhatsApp, SMS, email, Instagram or a printed QR code. It opens in any browser on phone or computer; no app is needed.
What is free and what is paid?
Festival greetings and wishes are free. Event invitations are free with limits (100 views, 50 RSVPs, our small branding). Premium — a one-time payment per event — gives Premium designs, unlimited views and RSVPs, personal guest links, Excel import, PIN lock, no branding and a link that stays live for a year after the event.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once for one event. Nothing renews and you will never be charged automatically.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and popular wallets through Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. Prices are in INR; other currencies are shown for convenience.
When is Premium activated?
Instantly, the moment your payment is confirmed. You will see it on your manage page and receive a receipt.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in the cases listed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy — for example a duplicate payment, or if Premium could not be activated and we cannot fix it. Write to us within 7 days of payment.
Can I edit my invite after sharing?
Yes, as often as you like with your private edit link. Guests always see the latest version at the same link.
I lost my edit link. What now?
Use Find my invites with the email you gave when publishing — we will send you fresh links. If you only gave a phone number, contact us with proof of the event and we will help.
Can I add photos and a video?
Yes — a cover photo, a gallery of up to 12 photos and a video (or a YouTube/Vimeo link).
Do I have to collect RSVPs?
No. RSVP is optional; switch it off and guests simply see the invitation and the wishes wall.
Which languages are supported?
English and 20 more: Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia, Assamese, Urdu, Nepali, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese and Japanese.
Is my guests' information safe?
Only you can see RSVPs and phone numbers on your private manage page. We never sell data or send marketing to your guests. See our Privacy Policy.
How long does my invite stay online?
Free invites stay live until 30 days after the event; Premium invites until one year after the event. Greetings stay live for a year. After that the link expires and the content is deleted.
Can I pause or delete my invite?
Yes — from your manage page you can pause it, protect it with a PIN (Premium) or delete it permanently.
Do you print physical cards?
No. CraftWishes is a fully digital service; nothing is shipped. You can download a QR code to print on your own cards.
